The 15 kW SBT4U gas heater is a completely new, innovative and cheap heating product. It is characterized by high radiation efficiency and low gas consumption. The radiator significantly reduces installation costs compared to other heating systems.
The radiant tube burner is equipped with a blow-in fan and a gas and air mixing system inside the burner. It produces a long, laminar flame inside a radiating tube made of aluminized steel. The heat generated heats the radiator pipes to a high temperature (about 530 ° C.)
Radiant heating consists in the transmission of heat from a heated radiator to bodies with a lower temperature. High energy efficiency of the process and low gas consumption is possible due to the almost lossless conversion of the initial energy into the energy of the electromagnetic wave, which without encountering air resistance heats a specific surface and people staying on it.
Infrared radiation after contact with the skin is immediately converted into heat, which feeling similar to the heat of sunlight. This creates a high and pleasant thermal comfort.
The electromagnetic wave does not heat the air (it does not cause its particles to move) without leading to the phenomenon of temperature stratification (heat loss) leading to static losses and higher heating costs compared to standard heating. Therefore, radiant heating will be the most effective and cost-effective for buildings: poorly insulated, large volumes and exposed to frequent ventilation.
Buildings can be heated partially, in designated areas for people to stay in a given period of time without the need to build partition walls.
The flue gas is removed via a chimney mounted at the beginning of the device. The element reflecting radiation in the desired direction is a reflector made of stainless steel and mounted above the radiator tubes by means of special hinges. In this way, the maximum amount of heat is transferred to where it is needed.
The radiator has been tested to ensure high quality and to guarantee correct operation.
