Gas convector heater with a capacity of 4 kW with exhaust gas ejection to the chimney. For rooms of 20 to 40 m².
The stoves are constructed of 0.8 mm thick sheet metal. The sheet is enameled, which makes the heaters very durable. They are resistant to temperature what minor damage.
The picture below shows how to install the N10T gas stove with an open combustion chamber. The flue pipe should be routed so that the exhaust outlet is as close as possible to the vertical chimney.
The gas stove is powered by natural gas, propane, or propane-butane. The burner is modulating. It has a steel enameled heat exchanger, which is the combustion chamber. The gas burns inside the open combustion chamber and draws air from inside. The exhaust gas is ejected through the chimney. The heater has a thermostat on which the user sets the desired temperature. When the desired temperature is reached, the stove automatically turns off and only the pilot lights up. The room in which the heater is located must have a supply of fresh air for gas combustion in the amount of 4 m3 per hour. THE EXHAUST OUTLET CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY
The N10T heater is fully modulating.
The LaPiramide heater has a fully modified thermostatic gas valve installed. The valve operates from 10 to 32 C. Modulating the valve adjusts the power of the burner to the heating needs of the room.
ODS. Carbon Monoxide Detection System.
Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that can fatally poison a person. It is produced by the combustion of gas when the gas burner does not have enough oxygen for combustion, in a process known as incomplete combustion of gas. In other words, it can occur, for example, when there is no air supply for combustion. This happens when the combustion air supply is not working properly. This can be caused by the lack of proper ventilation in the gas combustion room. In general, it takes 10 m3 of air to burn 1m3 of natural gas.
The N10T stove has an ODS system. Modern open-chamber gas heaters have such a system. Oxygen depletion sensors (ODS) are used in virtually all modern open-chamber heaters and fireplaces. The sensor is designed to cut off the fuel supply if the oxygen level in the room drops from 21% (normal air) to 18.5% oxygen by volume or less. The reduction in oxygen activates a thermocouple, which closes the gas valve.
Advantages of gas convectors:
- Flame modulation. The flame is modulated by the valve. When approaching the set temperature on the thermostat, the flame decreases and gas consumption decreases.
- It is powered by natural gas or LPG, or propane-butane.
- Burning gas with a blue flame, with high efficiency.

- If the flame disappears on the burner, the magnetic valve will shut off the gas supply.

Thermostats - types of stove control:
Mechanical thermostat - this is the simplest way to control the operation of the gas stove. It is controlled by a knob with a continuously adjustable range of 10°C-30°C. In the thermostat of the stove there is a sensor (a copper cartridge containing an expanding liquid connected to the thermostat by a capillary) of the room temperature. When the sensor detects that the room temperature is close to that set on the thermostat it will reduce the gas stove's burner power or turn it off.
